Shipping Policy

All items in our shop are handmade to order. Please keep in mind that shipping timelines do not include production time. This is our standard policy unless otherwise noted on the individual product page.

Production Time

Full payment is required at start of order. Timeline of order begins on the day payment is made. Every standard order requires a creation period of 5-6 weeks before it is ready to ship. This time is needed to handcraft your item with care. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on its way.

Please note: This timeline applies to standard orders only and does not apply to custom or rush orders, which are subject to separate timelines communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via UPS with an estimated transit time of 2-3 days to most US destinations.

Pickup We also offer free pick up from Queens NY, 11367, and potential drop off within certain locations and restrictions! 

Total Estimated Timeline From the time you place a standard order, please allow approximately 6-7 weeks before receiving your item.
