Shipping Policy
Standard creation time is 4-5 weeks, if needed sooner please let me know for a rush order. Greek orders need to be sent for design approval and may take time. Usually 1 week or sooner.
Timeline of order begins on the day payment is made.
Full payment is required at start of order.
On a deadline? Let me know! We will work the best we can to get your creations made and shipped in a pinch!
Carrier
We use UPS to deliver orders. If there is a needed rush order, additional shipping may be included for a 2 day or overnight delivery.
Pickup
We also offer free pick up from Queens NY, 11367, and potential drop off within certain locations and restrictions!
Order Tracking
We will provide the tracking number given by the carrier and update your order as needed.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If items go on back order we will ship you part of the order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of the order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment.
