Return Policy
CharrsCrafts is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your standard (uncustomized) purchase within 30 days of the ship date, unworn, and in new condition.
Custom apparel is one-of-a-kind, made to order, and personalized. We cannot offer returns or exchanges. More inquiries will be taken to see the concerns and if a replacement is best.

- Contact Us with your order details to receive your return authorization. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping label and may use the carrier of their choice.
- We do not accept returns 30 days after ship date.
- If you believe your item was damaged during transit, we require that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you.
- All refund recipients will receive a confirmation for their records.
Paddles
All paddles are designed one of a kind- and are shown as the final product.
Unless given a strict design to build from, Charrscrafts hold all creative liberties to build a cohesive and well balanced paddle within the details and elements requested.

Lost Items
We are not responsible for items lost in mail, with the USPS/UPS tracking that we offer, that is the best and only way to track your package, with tracking we are not to be held accountable for lost items.
